FAQ

Women's Health FAQ

Can I go to urgent care for a UTI?

Yes. Vitality tests for UTIs on site with rapid results. If confirmed, your provider prescribes treatment before you leave—no separate pharmacy trip for a prescription pad needed.

Can urgent care prescribe antibiotics for a UTI?

Yes. Our providers are licensed to diagnose and prescribe. Once your urine test confirms a bacterial infection, the prescription goes directly to your pharmacy the same day.

Can I go to urgent care for a yeast infection?

Yes. We diagnose and treat yeast infections with a clinical exam and swab test, and prescribe medication the same visit.

Can urgent care tell the difference between a UTI and a yeast infection?

Yes. A urine test rules in or out a UTI. A swab test identifies yeast or bacterial causes of vaginal symptoms. Getting the right diagnosis matters because the treatments are different.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in any time we are open. You can also reserve your spot online to reduce wait time.

How long does a UTI test take at urgent care?

The urine dipstick result is available in a few minutes. A full urinalysis takes slightly longer but is completed during the same visit.

Can urgent care treat pelvic pain?

We evaluate pelvic and abdominal pain, perform relevant testing, and refer you for imaging or specialist care if needed—all started the same day.

Is infection screening confidential?

Yes. Testing is private, judgment-free, and discussed only between you and your provider.
