Katie Kim, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed in Illinois to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Fluent in English and Korean, Katie is dedicated to serving diverse populations with professionalism and compassion.

Katie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, specializing in Family Medicine. Her clinical training included rotations in family practice, immediate care, and women’s health, where she developed expertise in acute and preventive care for patients of all ages.

Mark Figueroa, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP) with a focus on providing high-quality, efficient care in the fast-paced environment of Vitality Urgent Care. Gabriella brings a strong clinical foundation built in emergency and critical care settings, including the ED at UChicago Medicine’s Level 1 Trauma Center. Her experience across adult and pediatric populations gives her the skills to handle a wide range of urgent medical needs with confidence and compassion.

Lisa Kovtun, MSN, FNP-C, is a AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner known for her calm, patient focused approach to care. She treats children and adults with an emphasis on attentive listening, careful clinical assessment, and clear, direct communication.

Lisa earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. Her clinical experience includes urgent care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and higher acuity medical settings. She provides evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses, injuries, suturing, and a broad range of urgent care services.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, Lisa delivers care that is accessible and culturally comfortable for many families.

Sabeena Faiz is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in the state of Illinois. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, diagnosis and management of illnesses beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process. She has also designed and implemented a successful weight loss program. Sabeena earned her Family Nurse Practitioner title in 2007 and was honored with the “Outstanding Nursing SIUE Alumna Award” in recognition of a student who demonstrated the most dedication and commitment to the nursing profession.

Before joining Vitality Urgent Care, she invested 8 years working in CVS retail health, where she provided convenient, quality care for common minor illnesses and performed an array of physicals. Sabeena was also one of two finalists selected for the CVS National Paragon Award, highlighting her skill for innovation and dedication to excellent patient care. After leaving retail, she spent 2 years in Chiropractic care with pain management and then 7 years in urgent care/primary care.
Sabeena loves traveling with her family and is an outdoors enthusiast. When she is not working, she enjoys archery, painting, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Izabella Reyfman oversees strategic operations at Vitality Urgent Care, driving efficiency, patient engagement, and organizational success across all locations. She manages daily operations, budgets, and workflow optimization, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.

With a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and extensive experience in healthcare management, Izabella has been instrumental in enhancing operational performance and fostering a culture of excellence. Patricia Martinez has been a vital part of Vitality for more than a decade, bringing warmth, energy, and professionalism to every aspect of our clinics. With a strong foundation in patient care, medical office administration, and certification in radiology, she now serves as Practice Administrator, overseeing the broader operations and growth of Vitality Urgent Care.
