Can Urgent Care Treat a UTI?
Yes. A UTI is one of the most common reasons women visit Vitality, and we handle it start to finish in a single visit. You walk in, provide a urine sample, and our provider reviews the results with you in minutes. If the test confirms a UTI—or a kidney infection—you leave with a prescription sent directly to your pharmacy. No separate lab appointment, no waiting for a callback.
Symptoms that usually mean a UTI: burning or pain when urinating, feeling like you need to go constantly, cloudy or strong-smelling urine, pressure in the lower abdomen, or pink-tinged urine. If you have fever, chills, back pain, or nausea alongside these symptoms, come in right away—those can signal a kidney infection that needs prompt treatment.
Can Urgent Care Diagnose and Treat a Yeast Infection?
Yes. Our providers can diagnose a yeast infection on the same visit using a clinical exam and, when needed, a swab. If the exam confirms a yeast infection, we prescribe treatment the same day—no follow-up visit required. Because yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis can feel similar but require different treatments, a proper exam matters. We can tell the difference and get you the right medication.

Most women’s health visits are billed as a standard urgent care visit. We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Medicare, and Medicaid. I cannot say enough good things about the company. I was pretty sick and decided to go to an urgent care. Vitality urgent care came in my search and I decided to bring the service home instead of going to an urgent care for the same price. I hate going somewhere in traffics, looking for parking and sitting in crowded rooms being exposed to other germs. The gentlemen that answer the phone asked me few questions about my symptoms. He gave me a two-hour window during which they arrived. The provider was friendly, super personal and interacted well with my entire family during the visit. They conducted both Strep and Flu test in my living room. Frankly, could not ask for better service.
