Ribbon Cutting at Vitality Urgent Care in Lake Zurich
We were honored to celebrate the grand opening of Vitality Urgent Care in Lake Zurich with an incredible ribbon cutting event and strong support from our local community.

Anyone with severe symptoms such as high fever, shortness of breath, or chest pain should call 911 immediately.
Evaluation and Testing
Individuals experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, or other respiratory symptoms—or who have had recent exposure to COVID-19—can receive evaluation and testing at Vitality Urgent Care.
Our licensed clinicians follow current public-health guidelines to determine the most appropriate testing and care.
To help reduce transmission, continue frequent handwashing, masking when ill, and staying home if symptomatic.

Virtual Medical Visit – Telehealth
During this national crisis, Vitality is here to provide care for you and your family, in the safest and fastest way possible. To ensure we minimize COVID-19 exposure risks to your family, beginning March 25th, all Vitality appointments will be first screened via telemedicine. We are more than happy to carry out the house visits after the call, once we establish the safety of both, the patient and the provider.
