Sabeena Faiz, FNP Joins Vitality Urgent Care

Vitality Urgent Care is pleased to welcome Sabeena Faiz FNP to our Lake Zurich team. As an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Sabeena has cared for children, adults, and families across a variety of outpatient settings.

Her background includes urgent care, primary care, retail health, and ambulatory medicine. She takes a thoughtful, patient focused approach and values clear communication. Her goal is to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and involved in their care.

At Vitality Urgent Care, Sabeena evaluates and treats many common illnesses and injuries. These include respiratory concerns, urinary symptoms, rashes, infections, minor injuries, and other same day medical needs.

A Special Interest in Weight Management

Weight management is an area Sabeena is especially passionate about. She helps patients understand the many factors that can affect weight, including nutrition, lifestyle, medical history, and long term health goals.

Sabeena Faiz FNP focuses on practical and individualized strategies that support sustainable progress and overall wellness.
