- Rapid testing
- Laboratory testing

Can You Go to Urgent Care Without Insurance?
- Yes. You do not need health insurance to be seen at Vitality Urgent Care.
- Patients without insurance can choose self pay pricing for evaluation and treatment of many common illnesses and minor injuries.
- You may also choose self pay if you have insurance but prefer not to use it for that visit.
Who May Choose Self Pay Urgent Care?
- Self pay may be appropriate if you:
- Do not have health insurance
- Are between insurance plans
- Have a high deductible
- Have an out of network insurance plan
- Prefer to pay directly for your care
- Want to know the cash price of common services before receiving them
How Self Pay Urgent Care Works
- Tell our staff at check in that you would like to use self pay pricing.
- Your base visit starts at $119.
- If additional testing, imaging, procedures or treatment are needed, those services are priced separately.
- You can ask about the expected cost before additional services are performed.
Self Pay and Insurance Are Separate Payment Options
- Self pay pricing and insurance cannot be combined for the same visit.
- Choose either insurance or self pay at check in.
- If you choose to use insurance, your responsibility depends on your individual plan, including applicable copays, deductibles and coverage.
What Does the $119 Urgent Care Visit Cover?
- The $119 price is the base self pay urgent care visit.
- Testing, imaging, procedures, medications and other treatments are not automatically included.
- If additional services are needed, they are priced separately.
- This allows you to understand what you are paying for rather than having every possible service bundled into one higher visit price.
Urgent Care vs Emergency Room Without Insurance
For many illnesses and minor injuries that do not require emergency care, urgent care can be a lower cost alternative to a hospital emergency department.
Urgent care may be appropriate for problems such as:
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Sore throat
- Ear infections
- Sinus symptoms
- Urinary symptoms
- Rashes
- Minor cuts
- Â Sprains and strains
- Minor burns
- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Other non emergency illnesses and minor injuries
X Rays for Self Pay Patients
- X ray services are available at both Vitality Urgent Care locations.
- If an X ray is needed during your visit, the X ray charge is separate from the $119 base visit price.
- You can review current X ray pricing before imaging is performed.
- View X Ray Services
Urgent care is not a substitute for emergency care.
Call 911 or go to the emergency department for potentially serious conditions such as severe chest pain, signs of stroke, severe difficulty breathing, major trauma, uncontrolled bleeding or loss of consciousness.
