Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care! I have been to many over the years. The facility was clean and staff was organized. Receptionist, nurse and providers were all exceptional and I would highly recommend Vitality for your next visit. My daughter had been there previously and had high praise for the new Vitality urgent care in Lake Zurich.
