Does Vitality Urgent Care provide women’s health services?

Yes. Vitality Urgent Care provides women’s health services at both locations with no appointment needed.  We treat and diagnose: urinary tract infections (UTIs), yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, abnormal vaginal discharge, and pelvic pain.

We also offer pregnancy testing, STD and STI testing, and general women’s health evaluations. Our on-site laboratory provides rapid results for most women’s health tests during the same visit.  All care is provided with privacy and sensitivity.

Walk in at 480 S Rand Rd, Lake Zurich or 56 W Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove, 7 days a week. Most insurance accepted including Illinois Medicaid and Medicare.
