Can I get an X-ray at Vitality Urgent Care?

Yes. Vitality Urgent Care has on-site digital X-ray at both our Lake Zurich and Buffalo Grove locations, fully staffed every day we are open. You will never be told to come back another day for imaging — our X-ray is always available during regular hours.

We perform X-rays for suspected fractures, sprains, dislocations, joint injuries, back pain, and chest conditions including cough and pneumonia. We use low-dose digital radiology for high-quality imaging.

All images are reviewed on-site by our providers, with radiologist interpretation typically available within 2 hours. X-ray is included in most insurance claims and in our self-pay pricing — no separate radiology billing at an outside facility.  No appointment needed.
