Vitality Urgent Care provides SMS text messaging to patients who have voluntarily opted in to receive messages. Messages are sent from Vitality Urgent Care to patients who have provided consent to receive SMS communications. SMS consent is not a condition of receiving medical care.
SMS messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, visit follow up instructions, laboratory notifications, prescription notifications, billing notifications, and other healthcare related communications.
Opt Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, you may opt in again through our registration process.
